These terms cover the Charles St Bus Layover Monitor project ("this project"), a personal, non-commercial project operated by its developer. By viewing the livestream, its YouTube channel, or this site, you agree to these terms.
This project is a personal hobby project: a fixed camera and microphone monitor a public bus layover bay, and a composited video feed (with a live statistics overlay) is streamed to a single YouTube channel for anyone to watch. It is provided for informational and personal-interest purposes only.
The livestream, its statistics, and this site are provided "as is," with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or completeness. Sensors, networks, and hardware can and do fail; statistics shown (bus counts, noise levels, and similar) are best-effort measurements from automated systems, not a certified or legally authoritative record of conditions at the site.
This site does not offer accounts, logins, or any way for visitors to submit data. The only data access described anywhere in this project is the developer's own one-time authorization of their own YouTube channel - see the Privacy Policy.
Viewing the livestream or its channel on YouTube is also subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service. These terms only cover this project itself, not YouTube's platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages or losses arising from use of, or reliance on, this project's livestream, statistics, or site.
